Store More Metal Storage Boxes feature metal doors on the front plus the lid lifts up for even easier access. This metal storage shed will go in the smallest space and being made from prepainted, elctro-galvanised steel, which has a 10 year 'No-Rust-Perforation' guarantee and are fire resistant, this makes them suitable for caravan sites where there is a requirement for safety. Sizes: The 'Bunker' Metal Storage Buildings are available in 2 sizes 4' x 2' with flat roof and 6' x 3' with sloping roof. (n.b. sizes quoted are roof sizes.)
Cladding: Pre-painted electro-galvanised steel. Colour olive or brown.
Framing: Hot dipped galvanised steel.
Height: 6' x 3' Metal Storage Box is 35" high at the front and 43" high at the back -- 4' x 2' Storette is 35" high front and back
Double Doors: Metal Doors are set on front of buildings. Lid is hinged at back. Door opening on 4x2 Storette is approx 32" high x 22" wide. P63R doors are about 32" high and 29½" wide.
Roofs: Pre-painted electro-galvanised steel, colour white.
Base: These metal storage buildings are supplied without a floor and can be fixed to a solid base using rawl-plugs and screws through the pre-drilled holes in the metal building's base rail. Alternatively, we can supply a Hilti Screws and a drill kit or you can buy the Timber Floor kit
Assembly: Simple to follow step by step assembly instructions come with all metal sheds and metal storage buildings.
Optional Extras. Hilti Hamma Screws: (For concrete or flagstone bases)
A ready to use, quick set impact fastener with high expansion. Fits through pre-drilled holes in the metal shed's base rail. Masonry bit (15/64") supplied with the Hammascrews. Simply fix by drilling hole and then hammering on the drive screw. Can be removed with a cross recess screwdriver.
Timber floor for 6' x 3' Metal Storage Box. The floor consists of boards and bearers - the metal building being sited subsequently on the completed floor and secured through the holes of the building's base rail. Timber boards and bearers are clear pressure impregnated treated.
